HIVELAB expecting rapid business expansion and growth strategy enhancement based on the strengths of both companies





Global digital marketing agency HIVELAB announced on the April 1st that it has acquired Keystone Marketing Company, a digital advertising agency.


Through this acquisition, HIVELAB aims to redefine its business position and strengthen its marketing capabilities. By analyzing products and services, the company has secured the ability to provide end-to-end solutions, covering brand consulting, brand strategy, creative strategy and production, platform development, communication strategy, and digital performance marketing. This will enable HIVELAB to expand its business at a faster pace and enhance its growth strategies.


In particular, the creative production and technological expertise of HIVELAB in the digital marketing sector, combined with the extensive experience of Keystone Marketing Company in the digital advertising business, is expected to generate strong synergy between the two companies.


Founded in 2012, HIVELAB specializes in UX/UI design, game, branding, web and mobile services, strategic planning, and brand marketing. The company has made a name for itself as a comprehensive digital agency, excelling in digital platforms, content, and marketing. To date, HIVELAB has collaborated with over 300 global companies, including Samsung Electronics, Cheil Worldwide, Naver, Kakao, Disney Korea, Amorepacific, Hyundai Industrial Development, as well as major gaming companies such as Netmarble, Supercell, Krafton, and Riot Games.


Keystone Marketing Company, established in 2010, has expanded its network across Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, achieving continuous growth in the Asian market. The company has ranked among the top independent advertising agencies in South Korea, with advertising sales exceeding 140 billion KRW (as of 2022), earning a reputation as a strong and stable enterprise.





A HIVELAB representative stated, "With this acquisition, we can accelerate both quantitative and qualitative growth by diversifying our business portfolio. We plan to maximize operational efficiency in our existing business model while expanding our customer base, creating a structure for rapid growth for both companies."


Meanwhile, HIVELAB continues to focus on establishing a unique business domain in the digital marketing industry by leveraging its talent pool and core technologies. As part of this strategy, the company founded its Vietnam subsidiary, HIVELAB Vina, in 2018, acquired media commerce company Links in 2019, and established HIVELAB Studio last year.
